Rev. Diamond and his wife Alwilda began the non-denominational church, Faith Revivals on August 13, 1970. Due to God's blessing, Rev. and Mrs. Diamond's truthful, powerful preaching and non-judgmental attitude the church began to attract young people from all over the city. The church soon became known as, "The Hippie Church." After ten years of faithful service at Faith Revivals God greatly rewarded Rev. and Mrs. Diamond and their congregation as they moved to Diamond Hill Chapel in the middle of twenty beautiful acres on Tingley Ave. The church was later re-named Diamond Hill Cathedral. The congregation of Diamond Hill Cathedral proves to stay very busy in their outreaches to the community. Diamond Hill Cathedral is a non-denominational church where everyone is welcome.
